对含活芽孢60亿个/mL的解淀粉杆菌生物杀菌剂(Lx-11)进行田间小区试验,考察其不同试验剂量下对杂交水稻细菌性条斑病的防治效果和防扩展效果。结果显示,试验药剂对水稻细菌性条斑病有较好的防效,且随浓度增加相对防效逐渐增强;500 mL/667 m2和650 mL/667 m2各防治2次的相对防效高于对照药剂,能有效控制细条病的横向扩展。
Abstract:A field plot experiment was carried out to determine the efficacy of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain Lx-11, a biogenic fungicide, in controlling bacterial leaf streak of rice as well as its effect of inhibiting the spread of leaf streak. The results showed that the tested strain applied at 6 ×109 active bacteria/mL was effective against bacterial leaf streak disease of rice, whose efficacy rose with increasing dose. When applied as two sprays at the rate of 500 or 650 mL/667 m2, B. amyloliquefaciens strain Lx-11 achieved higher efficacy than the control fungicide bismerthiazol, and thus effectively suppressed the horizontal spread of bacterial leaf streak of rice.
