在膜下滴灌旱作栽培技术条件下,对12个水稻品种主要农艺性状进行主成分分析。结果表明,水稻品种各农艺性状的变异系数存在较大的差异性,其中结实率的变异系数最小,为1.99%;穗粒数的变异系数最大,为14.22%;产量的变异潜能较高。相关性分析显示,株高与穗长呈正相关,穗粒数与产量呈正相关。主成份分析表明,4个主成分累计贡献率为84.33%。
Abstract:In the current research,12 rice varieties cultivated under mulched drip irrigation conditions were evaluated with respect to their major agronomic traits by using a principal component analysis.As a result,the variation coefficients of these varieties varied substantially with specific agronomic traits.Specifically,the variation coefficient of grain number per spike was the maximum(14.22%),while that of seed setting rate was the minimum(1.99%);the variation in potential yield was relatively high.On the other hand,the correlation analysis of the yield and agronomic traits of these varieties indicated that plant height and ear length were positively correlated and that yield and spike grain number were also positively correlated.The principal component analysis showed that four principal components collectively contribute to 84.33% of yield.
