2种农用微生物菌剂在小麦上的应用试验

摘要:

通过研究农用微生物菌剂在小麦上的应用效果,为肥料登记和大面积推广应用提供依据。对喷施2个农用微生物菌剂的淮麦33农艺性状和产量进行分析研究,结果表明:小麦喷施2种微生物菌剂均能增加小麦每穗粒数,提高千粒质量,增加小麦产量,较常规对照(CK0)分别增产28.89、22.23 kg/667 m2,增产率分别为8.12%、6.25%,且分别达极显著水平(P<0.01)和显著水平(P<0.05);小麦喷施农用微生物菌剂1较清水对照(CK1)增产22.22 kg/667 m2,增6.13%,达显著水平(P<0.05);小麦喷施农用微生物菌剂2较清水对照(CK2)增产20.0 kg/667 m2,增5.59%,产量差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。

Abstract:

The current research assessed the effects of agricultural microbial agents on wheat agronomic traits and yield,so as to provide a basis for the registration and commercialization of microbial fertilizers. A field trial was conducted to evaluate the agronomic traits and yield of Huai Wheat 33,which were applied with two different agricultural microbial agents( No. 1 and 2) as foliar sprays.The results indicated that foliar spray applications of the two agents increased the grain number per panicle,1000- grain weight,and yield of the tested wheat variety. Compared with the conventional control CK0,microbial agents No. 1 and No. 2 increased wheat yield by 28. 89 and 22. 23 kg / acre,respectively,whose increase percentages stood at 8. 12 and 6. 25,respectively,reaching a extremely significant level( P < 0. 01) and a significant level( P < 0. 05),respectively. Microbial agent No. 1 elevated wheat yield by 22. 22kg( 6. 13%) compared with the water control group CK1,reaching a significant level( P < 0. 05); microbial agent No. 2 improved the yield by 20. 0kg( 5. 59%) relative to the water control group CK2,reaching a significant level( P < 0. 01). These agents could provide wheat with nutrition and thus increased its yield.
