大麦与谷类科学

大麦是全球第四大禾谷类作物,适应性强、用途广。近半个世纪以来,世界大麦生产和需求呈持续增长的趋势,全球大麦贸易日趋活跃;在简述全球及中国的大麦发展现状的基础上,本文重点分析了中国大麦产业发展存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Barley is the fourth largest cereal crops in terms of planting area,with strong adaptation and wide utilization.In the past half century,the production and demand of barley have been constantly increasing in the world and its trade is becoming more and more active.On the basis of brief illustration about the development status of the world and as well as China,the paper analyzed the problems in the development of barley industrialization in China,and also proposed some strategies for promoting barley production.
